ArchiGel

Beside hardware and software, we also developed a series of biomaterials that is able to sustain life. The biomaterial is a rigid scaffold that enable the construction of 3D structure. Inside the ArchiGel, we formulated different ingradients for different types of cells. Thus far, we have sucessfully develop two materials that is able to culture liver cancers, lung cancers, lung fibroblasts, colon cancers, and sarcomas in 3D.

Hepatocellular cancer

Colony of HCC are printed and grown in 3D for 7 days. Green fluoresence represents the live cells and tiny amount of red fluoresence represents the dead cells by using Live/Death viability assay.

Lung cancer A549

Colony of A549 are printed and grown in 3D for 7 days. Green fluoresence represents the live cells and tiny amount of red fluoresence represents the dead cells by using Live/Death viability assay.
